Independent and Elezzzark apparently "left the forum" shortly after Kacen was perma-banned from this forum. So in short, no, Ele hasn't been banned, temp or otherwise.

Kacen was banned for circumventing our temp-ban on his account, and it clearly states in the rules that if you do this, you WILL be banned.
