Gives an upgrade to Hacker (and Black Lotus if she isn't going to be replaced) called Windows Vista. It makes them hack faster and gives them a Vista skin (with vista logo on backpack). But when disabling vehicles and capturing buildings there is a 5 or 10% chance of failure.

I don't like the whole Microsoft bashing topic. Sure, they have their idiotic points, and they do screw you over for money, but without them, hardly anyone here [Including myself] would be on this forum right now.
