Just a guy with huge muscles, the image is bad I know. 
Thing brute from RA2-YR. That is what this is, except it sucks against infantry. Maybe a big shirt or something? That's the general idea, a freakishly huge guy who squished Buildings and tanks. But infantry cut it down, especially Mob Control Weapons.
