I believe we should do what Ubisoft forums do, they need a user email and a parents email to stop raidders.
I want to expand o n this idea so when a person spams there parents a notified. What do you think ?

Sorry but that sounds retarded. I'm pretty sure most people's parents wouldn't even know, let alone care about what's happening here and with our current methods, we can cope with spam quite decently.
But on a side-note, you talk about raiding. Is there anything about that we should know or did you just get that idea out of the blue?

well I got this idea from witnessing raids that happened today I would never ever even think about raiding here. If I would of where would I post my maps and models ?

my mother doesn´t care about what i am doing on the PC, and my dad, yeah....no idea what is with him.

And some members,as said before, live alone , and, it is nothing illegal to make multiple accs, i the forum, it might be, but not in the real life.
and my mother, like much other parents, doesn´t even have an e-mail acc

The only exception to this is the 'Serial Spammers' forum. Because topics there never lose relevance due to their ongoing nature, it's ok to revive old topics there. But even so, be aware that some topics were abandoned for a reason. Even if you thought the topic was too good to be abandoned, not everyone else might agree.

That pretty much summarises what you did wrong. A while would normally refer to about 2 weeks.
