Dauths sig/avy combo is very very good mate. I like it. Simple but that is always a compliment!

Looks nice - great and simple.
The only major thing I'd suggest is slightly blur/feather the edges of the background (not the characters) so it blends a bit better.

As Alias said it's nice, again because of simplicity. But somehow I think you missed an oppotunity here. I know you love you pop-ups, but given the flow of the render I would've avoided that style here and used the chance to make an explosive piece. There is a centre point if you follow the lines of the guns that could've been harnessed to great effect with a couple of decent C4Ds and some other filters. Sorta lik I did fo Alias' Captain Falcon Sig. That would've owned awesomeness!!

I have to say I really like it Doc. I think you need to blend the renders into the BG a touch, but that that was what I had in mind. You could still make it a pop-up. Increase the renders size and have them in the same place, ie off centre.

For the render size I think the sig is too high IMO, and like Wizard said, the render could blend a bit better, other than that, pretty nice
