Just thinking, with this mod's stance of keeping things neutral, is it actually possible to give the overrated general anything 'overrated'?

red guards that come in sets of four.

Each one would only do half the damage of a normal red guard.

Not really over rated, but certainly crazy .

IIRC, Overrated general is Chinese, so he can't really have Abrams tanks and Apache helicopters...hmm *ponders*.

- Railgun upgrades. Increases tank damage by 5%
- Advanced Cloning - Red Guard are built in 8s but are only equal to about 3 unupgraded
- Giga Nanobot reconstruction - Same as emergency repair.
- Plasma Shields - Same effect as that armour upgrade, but visually all units get enegery shields around them.

So in the end, all the Overrated General is could be a slightly beefed vanilla China that looks better, with a whole lot of really uber looking stuff that just isn't

That actually sounds really good, but about the Railguns......yeah. They just don't sound too China-ish. Maybe something different, like really advanced cannons or shells that only boost performance the 5% you mentioned.

Each Overlord is half as effective as a single Overlord normally. Also, these behemoths can't crush tanks. All their size means is that they can take more hits.

Not only the funniest, but also the most fun. You can laugh and enjoy your opponent's reactions....until they realize your units are a joke .

OH! how bout his tank hunter shoots a huge missle [maybe the size of a tomahawk], and has a big scary firing sound, but the it does half strength and ther come on sets of 2, maybe a slight fireing boost perhaps?

what about a n00b tank? a basic overlord type tank, but with slots to add about every kind of defense at once (as opposed to either/or in ZH) (long range, anti air, infantry, prop tower, bunker, gattling, or whatever seems fitting) but make it truly outrageously priced, and the upgrades stack on top of each other or all over the sides and top. and the more upgrades it gets, the slower it moves till it barely moves at all...could be an overlard then.

anyways thats what id make it i had any skills..im lazy at strategy sometimes, and just turtle and build one type of unit :| hence the name.
