I decided i gonna preoder LOTR:BFME II after watching some screens and interviews.

The BFME2 Engine "its orginally the Generals Engine" will be used in the next C&C RTS game to.

So i decided to buy BFME II to because i got a great collection of LOTR items and also some games.

Dont gonna flame the game, or you get a warning.

If u like C&C Generals u like BFME2 to because its not like BFME 1 enymore.
u can now build like generals and build walls etc. and more

Just look at the game graphics and gamaplay.

Here some eye candy.

It looks like BFME 1 with souped up graphs and new units,
Don't think I'm going to spend 50 bucks on that

i will not buy it if you still control hordes of units instead of one unit at a time.......and if its unmoddable liek BFME1

BFME 1 is moddable, as well BFME II will be.

Seriously, I'm currently installing it. Looks like it's still using .big files, so I'll try to get something out of it soon...

its just when u preoder u get beta acces and why they use BIG files?

its just optimized generals sage engine.

but w3d are now w3d2 files newer version of W3D

They're just normal W3D files with me. Can open them with W3D viewer, so probably with renx and max aswell.

yeah u can open them with renx and gmax etc.

but when u use them for generals without conversion the models are hidden :(

so u need to import them to renx and than export again lol

hmm too bad in beta they got only 2 sides to play whit and no skirmish :(

And 2 aars maps. but im modding the game so i can play multi player i have done this by C&C Generals Beta to hehe.

hey can u possibly unlock skirmish? if u can can u pls share the file or code

Well, Here's another post...

They made this sequel too soon... It's more like an expansion then a real game.
In fact... BFME2 could easilly have been an expansion for the first game, The gameplay might be a bit different, Some units and new sides have been added and ect., But it's not enough improvement or change to call it "a new game".
If you take RA 1-2, It was a HUGE improvement, Take cnc1-tibsun, Another HUGE improvement, And if I look at bfme 1-2... It's only slight, If they would have waited a little longer... And put some more effort in improving the graphics drasticly, I probably would have bought it... But it's just too little, too soon..
Too much for an expansion, too little for a game

blablabla marc u dont like lotr try so u have reasons. but these are not intresting cuz lotr:bfme 2 has a generals styled gameplay with little of bfme1

erm LOTR:BFME 2 will come out 8 march world wide

I gonna buy it, that´s damn shure. I always likes LOTR and I also liked B4ME 1 a lot. And as far as i have seen it, it will kick ass

Looks hawt...probably going to have to dl the demo when it comes out!

I have the game. It is much better than the first game. It has a lot of new stuff, improved graphics and many more. With two words - IT ROCKS.
