Those 3 unique skinsets look like rubbish to be honest. Check www.cnchq.de under "Einheitenskins der Kane Edition". I'm disappointed. GDI looks OKAY but the green/purple mix they cooked up for the Scrin-paint and the green canopy of Venoms/Scorpions along with the wine-red chassis looks sucky to no end.

Dissapointing, I would of thought they'd think of something better for the other two sides. :(

Blue Tiberium explodes with any sort of explosive ignition. This includes HE Tank Shells.

I like the blue stuff, better for your digestive system.

It would be really cool if the blue tiberium exploded...

Actually, after further testing, I'll retract my previous statement.

Blue Tiberium does NOT explode, regardless of weapon and faction type. The crystals just disappear. Quite unfortunate really, I was hoping to use it as a Harvester elimination strategy again.

On a side note about the Kane Edition, does anyone know how to rid those awful Nod skins? Maroon and Yellow don't seem to work well fo Nod.

I heard there was going to be an option to switch them on and off with the last patch but I wasn't able to find it yet
I kind of got used to the skins though I really used to dislike this chessboard-pattern at some parts of GDI-armour but now it looks decent.
Even this weird tone of green on the Scrinships doesn't give me eyecancer anymore.

It's in the Options menu, under Game Settings.

"Enable Kane Edition Content" or something like that, I turned mine off. GDI was nice, but the red Avatars looked so gay.

i agree about the sjins can u turn them off

:???: wow!! that is what it loks like with a good graphiccs card? I can't wait to get my new PC today.. on this old rig I have it on lowest settings so i can play it.. it loks like it is 100% different game with good graphics haha!
