With this theme you get all the icons plus some animated/regular cursors:

Tiberian Dawn Theme

1). To change icons right click on the desktop and select 'Properties'
2). Click on the 'Desktop' tab then the 'Customize Desktop' button
3). Click on the icon you want to change, browse the folder you have the icons in and voila.

I found it in importtuner.com 2004 Wallpaper
