It depends on what side gets the hammerry-thingamabob.
Wouldn't make much sense if it was GLA and they had hammer-wielding humvees, would it?

But then again, wouldn't make much sense to have a hammer-wielding vehicle at all.

I guess.... but I think a different chassis. Something more goofy looking than a humvee. Something that looks sturdy enough to be carrying a large, cartoony piston or pneumatic (?) driven hammer over it but still look like it's not meant to even work.
I'm thinking a flat-ish chassis with either tracks or wheels with a hinge that holds the hammer. Robot Wars style, you know?
And then you could also throw the speakers onto the back too.

What's wrong with a crazy vehicle (such as that Caprice rollin' on 26" rims?) A robot isn't necessarily crazy enough, so I'd push for some kind of car or even perhaps, a UPS/DHL/FedEx delivery truck.
