"Building Compleate"

Both, but you need to think of a good surveyor that fits each side, same with the crane.

I say both, since it is boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring waiting hours for a refinery

Both to be honest. Gameplay gets faster and more flexible. Surveyors are lower priority but cranes are a must.

both. i really like the way C&C3 integrated the best of both construction systems from both classic C&C and generals. cranes are a top priority, seurveyors, slightly less important.

Add both. Would add a new dimension in RA-style gameplay, and avoid massive wastage of those unique and flawless game mechanics.

Surveyors only. Cause no cranes will stop turtling or - at least - slow them down. Plus it will be a nightmare to expand your base without surveyors.

Both, but make Surveyers more vulnerable. They should be slower, weaker and offer only limited buildspace (decrease the price a bit though). ATM MCVs are quite redundant most of the time (unless you need instant deployment).

Well, if they go into ConRed (which seems like they will)
They will NOT be avalable at the same tech levels as they are in C&C3, but at a much higher tech.
I'm thinking Airforce HQ/Radar Tower for the Crane, and the same as the MCV for the Survayor.
