It's easy, just make a new map on this, make trenches and stuff, send it to me, and I'll take care of the texturing, waypoints, and beaches.

E-mail me at: melvintan1992@yahoo.com

If you're going for a Normandy style beach, you'll want to set up an Atlantic Wall style defense if you can. That is, if you're going for a WWII theme. You'll also want Dragon's teeth somewhere on the map, or something that resembles that.

what about sandbags, simple and easy..??

Works too, but those wouldn't look very good on the beach.

Try to use Hedgehogs.

ok i got another idea, how bout some dead vehicle hulks and some scorch marks, an intro movie featuring USA against GLA, and then start the mission (yes, it is a mission map)..think that'll work??
Quote

Crazykenny's Photo Crazykenny 10 May 2007

Well the MG tends to ''NOT'' finish mission maps. Look at all my attempts..

Yeah, well, we don't all have mission scripting experience do we?

What I meant was that all of the mappers and majority of the scripters don't have experience scripting missions like the USA, China, and GLA missions in ZH.

You got a point, even I spend a lot of time on WorldBuilder and Im still not good at scripting maps and stuff... I can only add those military briefing things and that's about it.
Quote

Crazykenny's Photo Crazykenny 14 May 2007

Scripting is the most difficult part of mapping.
Quote

AfterFlash's Photo AfterFlash 14 May 2007

that is so true.. but I still gotta finish this mission one way or the other...
