What's your biggest trouble with the textures?
Is it:
-finding matching textures
-textures errors
-something else?

I have the grass theme and jungle theme down...some for cliffs...

I need help in desert and water fronts and beaches, that's probably it.

So yea, It would be finding textures...I guess..

You could try a texture pallet outside the border (the orange 1 by default), it saves time on searching trough the differt textures all the time. You can also use other maps as reference.

WEll, I HAVE tried that before, it never seemed to match, I also saw it on the official game maps...I wonder ..

Official EA maps suck ass. Dont take them for a example

AfterFlash's Photo AfterFlash 25 May 2007

hmm...ok, I'll just take my own examples rather than EA maps, you're right, they do suck.

The maps themselves 'ARE' a bit sucky, but for texture examples they can be helpfull.
Don't believe? Then look at the simularities between my Rock Bottom map and the GC_NukeGeneral map.
But thats actualy the only EA map I have ever used as an example (I just like everything 'nuke' and 'chem' ;) .

You are probably only able to view the progress, when you get the official MG icon...
But I can post a few screens here if you want...
