Still a bland skin. Otherwise, I love your work here :P

Stop using too much Normal mapping for details and ACTUALLY Skin it :P . Anyway, Awesome models you did there even tho the texture is not C&C 3 Quality.

Nice tank.
Mammoth MK... 4 or 5 at this point.

It looks good, cept it could do with a bit more detail in the skin.

No offense but you really need a new skin on it.
Though,the model is nice.

I used the wrong skin on it...I used the high-lod skin on low details, so most details disapeared

Alias's Photo Alias 26 Sep 2007

The point of a skin is it's meant to look good on all detail levels, not just show bias to one. And as Chris said, actually texture it, don't use maps for all these "details".

That is what I am doing...I just used the older skinn which was nearly only normalmapped, so on low detail it looks shit.

I guess I shall change the buildtime and cost back to the right ones....

The skin on your Mammoth looks positively awesome. I don't know exactly why, but I've always liked to see checkered patterns on tanks. It just adds something different.

The bevel on the edges are way too strong, the black lines that go through it should be overlay, and overall it should be more grainy.

Nod overan a GDI research facility, where they where developing the Merkava MKIV, they stole any information about the MK10 and the MK10 itself. They are using it as high tech spport tank for the Scorpion now.

Nod Mark 3 "Intruder" Air Transport

Posted Image

The MK3 Intruder will replace the old Carryall. It is faster, more agile and armed. But it has less armor.

DO WANT!!! (so very badly :P )

The Nod Carryall looks great. Yes, it's a work horse, but who said the grunts of the army can't look good?

That Merkava Mk. X is just incredible. Always had a soft spot for the Merkava tanks and this one is no exception. I like Nod more in CnC3, so if and when I get it, I'll not only have to get CnC3, but I'll have to check this mod out ;) .

My best,

Nuker

Nuker, a model is one thing - but without a skin, it isn't complete.

Also Master Chief, I suggest you cut down on these "mods", as all they are just models and a bit of code. I'm barely even seeing a quarter of a private beta - I suggest you focus on one modification, get all the coding, skinning, etcetera done, and then work on another project, instead of hopping here to there just making models and a bit of code. You'll be here for 10 years trying to get the first version done. Models are a minimal amount of a mod - and that's practically all I see in these 6 pages.
