Nope, it's a scaned pencil drawing negative+some colour adjustments.

Made some concept drawings that might, or might not be in a new mod (I've been asked as concept artist, but I still havn't got a clue what factions wil be featured in the mod and in what timeline it takes place).
First up is a modernized version of the V-22 Osprey, just like the original it can take of and land verticaly by turning it's rotors 90°.
Second concept is a Chinese Flak/PT-Boat, but I don't know if seagoing units wil be featured in this new mod
NOTE: If you have any suggestions for improving the concepts you are free to do so.

The Chinese Flak boat is killer. Beautifully drawn . Is that a torpedo tube I spy near the top of the hull?

Jup, it's a Flak/PT-Boat, PT is short for Patrol Torpedo IIRC
NOTE: It's not going to be in the new CORE mod, since that's more futuristic, the X-22 won't be in that mod either, would it be wise to suggest them for Shockwave?
