Its the Overlord of the Air ... atleast in Zero Hour that is.

And I think those 5 Slots for Infantry are set because of the Ballance

Is a FSU (Fire Support Unit)
You can upgrade with:
Gattling cannon: Powerfull vs infantry, and in large groups can destroy an Overlord.

Incase you didn't notice the helix in generals is called in it's full name "Helix-2 Airship"

i beleive that is not equal to the KA27 Naval helicopter which is the RL helix

Where did you get that from,

and the Helix in the video is KA32, The civilian version, i think

The Helix in the video below (KA31) looks more like the ZH Version, minus the radar

They may seem comparable since it borrows some designs, but clearly the Helix cant be compared to this tiny thing. It may only be design wise, but I highly doubt its actually that helicopter.

Or if you do not have any (like me -.-) look at the cover of the zero hour case. I noticed that the helix on it looks much cooler, newer and heavier than the helix in the video or the helix in the game.

As far as I know the 'Helix' in World in Conflict isn't actually a Helix at all - I think it's a Kamov Ka-25 'Hormone' scout helicopter. Looks much the same, I'll agree, but the 'Helix' is the naval vesion specialised for both airborne radar and ASW.
