It says their dumb-fired, but they do track ships, but not for near as long as they did before trinity patch... (Pre-Trinity torps > everything in the game short of interceptors)

The list of what they were good against was easier said if it was what they weren't good against (interceptors / fast "rigged" frigates) their flight time was rivaling that of cruises... now it's less than 10 seconds fully skilled out with implants. t1 torps give me ~18k range. T2 LR torps double that.

for my main weapon a Master Crafted MK Va Boltgun with a full loadout of Special ammo as used by the Sternguard Veterans from 5th edition Space Marine Codex, for long range stuff the Vindicare Exitus Long Rifle (sniper rifle) and for melee situations a Relic Blade or a pair of Lightning Claws.
