Okay so I managed to watch it now and I have to say...crazy shit. I like the atmosphere created by these four. They're seriously scary and have interesting designs. What kind of jumped at me was their names:
Screaming Mantis, Laughing Octopus, Crying Wolf and Raging Raven.
In MGS1, we had enemies called
Psycho Mantis, Decoy Octopus, Sniper Wolf and Vulcan Raven.
Now, I'm not saying it's the same persons, that's impossible. But you have admit that the names do imply SOME sort of connection...

PS: My favourite is Raging Raven.

I also wonder if there'll be an actual Metal Gear here, since the Gekko-walkers seem to be an ordinary combat-unit in that time.
What about the nuke-launching monster-mech kind of Metal Gear?

personally i don't really like the new bosses. it looks more like something from Zone of enders or beast wars rather then flesh, and blood bosses of previous metal gears.

Have you already seen the MGO2 gameplay demo? It kinda suxxx that it's a stand alone game, would have been beter if it came with MGS4 itself :(

i think the one with the puppets is the scariest, it just floats there all ominous looking...

For crying out load those bosses are all female or at least they were before they became machines of war.

Jep, it's a female exlusive unit IIRC, I'll admit that Raven isn't your typical girlname, but hey, you wouldn't call your son Solid Snake either , unless your totaly messed up...

Watch this.

Watch the Model Mo-Cap video and it'll prove that these bosses are female .
