Good luck adding 20 Factions while having a Faction Limit in the Game.
Also, if every 20 get their own Army, this wont be finished untill the release of Duke Nukem.

Nice Modells though, I especially like the Infantry.

A very cool looking mod. I love all the models. The particle effects seem rather overdone, but also quite nice.

Dont wanna be a jerk but 20 sides. you gotta be insane. Hell the only reason this place has few ambitious project is because there are modders who have been in the game for 3 to 4 years. you guys are still inexperienced and trying out something as outrages as 20 sides is not gonna happen. Considering that each side atlest need 6 ground units, 5 infantry, 1 to 4 air units, 8 to 10 buildings that a total of atlest 22 models minimum for each side taking a conservative estimate and a total of 20X22=440 objects to model, Skin, code and test. Hell shockwave probably has one of the largest and one of the most skilled teams out there and even after 4 years of development its not crossed the 200 (just an estimate) mark in that department. Buddy you need a reality check because this mod ain't gonna happen unless you become a bit more realistic in your hopes.

i told pcc88 the same thing but he told me that most of the factions are finished and i told him about the faction limit but he said it was ok

Isn't it only the amount of codable AI's that is limited?

But in any case, if your going to do 20 factions and the upgrade limit is 128, it would mean that there wouldn't be much space for team specific upgrades.

And being that ZH has been out for four, almost five, years and I haven't seen any other mod for it that would have been made for such scale...

we are consedering to change the mod for cnc3 it's up for the mod leader and about the upgrade limit since most of the ME contries uses russian weapons so it wont be a problem and 1 upgrade could be used for many things by changing the command button

15 is the max amount of AI you can have.

12 by removeing the normal factions, 2 unused ones, and the last from removeing the Civilian side.

You can add in all the sides you want, but eventually you won't be able to add AI to them anymore. So that means that your mod will be a multiplayer-only one, which is not bad in and of itself.

Dudes I read your thread on the Dark Tempest studio's forum and I have to say that, whilst your models are indeed excellent and you are looking to make a great mod, the solution you have come up with to get past the maximum AI limit may very well get your mod shat upon by EA. Be careful you don't break the law and distribute a mod with a hacked game engine.

IMO, 20 sides is t000 much :P And between them there can be no difference by way of tactics... and maybe even difference in armament.

What are the poly count on those models? i doubt Sage can handle it. Which FPS did you rip those models from?
