I am serious.
The name - "in progres" -still thinking
my idea for my mod is to add Russia cause i like russian weapon aressenal.
I'll remove sub factions and there will be only USA, GLA,CHINA, RUSSIA.
Then I'm working on game dinamics so I desided to combine the diferent generals sides in originali vanila sides. That means that you can chouse what kind of weapons you need to defeat your enemy in game progres. Second that gives alot of surpries to the enemy and so on but for now that is enough.
I decided to change generals promotion tipe - almost all abillities will be now creatted by diferent units, and only 3-4 will be deployed from commandcenter. This will remove the bug with 2 diferent commandcenters you know what I mean
Moddeling: I decided to create a little more high quality moddels. The little problem with that is the fact that I,m working with RenX and photoshop only from 4 months. Today or next day I'll send some pics so you can decide by your self.
Gamming and Ballance : I'm trying to create reall weapons with their real power and range and weaknes and so on. For example I made SS-27 Topol M with its original fire power 1 hypersonic( unstopable) rocket with 3 warheads. Ballancing is hard but not so much. I wish to create 4 diferent factions with no equivalent and ballanced weapons but not crashing the game ballance.
For now is that if you what to know something more just ask

HM I thing that you are not correct. I wished to play with Russia when the game came out years ago so I don't see any problems to make another mod with russia Do you?

not quite.....he said he wont have any Generals (aka subfactions) and will combine subfaction units into the original faction

btw there are really many mods that add Russia besides RotR

Yes I have that Idea, Also I made the Russian tank Black Eagle but pics later (without skin) for now it is really hard when you are alone
