I got an email recently about a website called hasdoneit.com

Apparently, it can check your MSN contact list and check who's blocked you, who's deleted you, who has you that don't, etc. All you have to do is type in your account name and password.
I was suspicious so I read the terms and conditions and they do state that they won't give out your details or use them for purposes other than the agreed service (checking your list).

So, I tried it and it appears to be genuinely working.

However, other posters on other forums claim that it hijacks accounts. I've not had this happen in the past few days I've been using it. As a precaution, I've changed my password.

But has anyone else heard of this site or used it?

Most probably a random scam. I would be careful.

It see it all the time and when people go offline, I think you should go and chnage your email password or make a new one just incase.

SCAM. Anything that involves getting a password of your existing account is scam.

yeah it's someone using it. On yours, it would probably have been me.

Well... I'm not too worried, I changed my pass anyway.

Those ones are always a scam. However the ones where you just stick in someone's email and it gives an online / offline status aren't, far as I know.

Yeah... they aren't scams... so much as PHISHING devices. :P

I know the little programs you're talking about, RaiDK, but they are phishers iirc. Just that hasdoneit.com actually DID show blocked/deleted status of my contact list. But I'd say, it's a good site to use... if you don't mind changing your password everytime you use it.

I mean the sites you stick someone's email into and it tells you if they are online and offline, they don't ask for passwords at all.

This is bad software.
I have someone in my list who seemingly used it, and now his name displays:
''HasDoneIt.com - Has Deleted You?''
