[AZZKIKR]

he's russian. his name is general tchaikovsky


his units are
Infa:
violinist (main infantry with shorter range but more damage per shot)
tromboner (anti-armour trooper that fires a sound wave)
piccolist (powerful anti-air. high pitch causes plane windows to crack)
tuba player (mid-game unit. mid-range artillery launched from tuba)
marching band: similar to angry mod
hero: the composer! throws his staff to kill infantry instantly. special ability: summon the band

no vehicles i culd think of yet

superweapon: pipe organ. imagine a massive pipe-organ when activated, starts playing a song. and each pipe fires a bomb to it's target.
