@ Rayburn, a stroke border is exactly what you have in your sig. You have two colours though, which works very well. I am not sure how it would be done in anything other than PS or gimp. Using the marque tool is normally the best way to do it.
@ Topic, the borders should be dropped down to 3px max Smiltz. Other than that not bad work for no training and a pretty unprofessional program. The new sig is only partially gay btw. And that is only cause the squid looks rather forlorn about attacking the titanic.
