That man was known as "Falco" he was a famous singer from Austria back in the 90's but died in a car crash in the Dominican Republic in 1998.

6/10 for yours as I don't really fancy that tank and because the blue makes it look a bit strange. The text would look better if it was in the top right corner.

Looks good.
Colours fit the whole toxin-theme of Dr.Thrax and I like the overall appearance. Nice one.

Color scheme almost fits with the signature. 9/10.

It also reminds me of Lambert Wilson, from "The Matrix" and other movies.
