The Da Vinci Code.
8/10
It followed very close to the book and I guess it could be a good and a bad thing, for one if you've read the book, you'll know exactly what happens in each scene.

So my summary on the Da Vinci Code: If you've read the book, don't watch it cuz you'll know exactly what happens. And if you haven't already read the book, still don't go and watch it cuz you won't understand a thing. :D

Da Vinci Code- 8/10

I understood the movie very well. I guess it's because my school required me to take a year of Bible History.

X-3: The Last Stand 4/10

(Spoilers, here.)

Complete pile of crap. Killing is not the answer. Especially in X-Men 3. They just went all out and killed everyone. And Hugh Jackman saying "NOOOOO!!!" at the end was worse than Darth Vader saying "NOOOOOO!!!". The whole "Phoenix" thing was totally out of the blue. If they went into more depth about that in the second film, then I wouldn't hate it so much. I also noticed that in the credits, they mentioned a LOT of X-Men that had less than a second of time on screen. I actually saw an interview of the actress who played the X-Man (or for you PC people, X-Woman) Jubilee. I didn't see a single second of her. But besides that, the movie is just... bad. The plot is just too ridiculous, even for a hardcore X-Men fan like me. But whatever. But stay after the credits. You see Professer X waking up in a hospital bed and talking to a woman. But whatever.

Blues brothers: 10/10. Laughing for most of the movie. This movie destroyed the most cars ever in any movie. Giant cop car dogpiles, a nun called the penguin, two guys dressed in too much black driving like idiots through shopping malls while crashing into pier 1 imports, what more could you want?

Superman Returns

9.99999/10 (Just round up)

And what an awesome movie it was... It really did justice to the rest of the series. I think Brandon Routh was an exceptional replacement for Christopher Reeve, and Kevin Spacey is a real favorite actor of mine (along with Johnny Depp) and the effects in the movie were nothing short of astonishing. Seriously. Watch it. It's good for you.

Speaking of Johnny Depp, Billy:

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest 100/10

A must see movie. If you enjoyed the first, you'll not be disappointed with this one. A word of advice though: if it's been a while since you've seen the first one, wath Curse of the Black Pearl first, then go see Dead Man's Chest. There are a few jokes and things that carry over and they make the movie that much more enjoyable.

If you don't go see the movie, you'll be press-ganged into 100 years before the mast of Davy Jones, arrr :P

The Peacekeeper; 2/10
A typical B-action-movie with Dolph Lundgren, the Swedisch version of Chuck Norris which I saw yesterday when I was bored in front of the PC.
Dolph Lundren plays an Airforce Major who becomes the guard of the President's launch-code-suitcase. One night, terrorists take over a missile silo in Illinois which was ONE day before it's decomission (well timed, dudes!) and the terrorists attack Dolph Lundgren to steal the codes, meaning, they step into his room and unload their 9mm's into him - or better his vest - which makes him fly right to the other side of the room where he uses the suitcase as a shield for his face because the terrorists are too dumb to aim down. In the end, they steal the codes and move to the silo though Dolph Lundgren followed them. The terrorists launch a nuke on Mount Rushmore and demand the president to commit suicide until Dolph Lundgren and the silo-commander save the day. Pretty bad film, but funny to watch due to all the ridiculous stuffs. My favorite mistake is the exagerated german dub which turned "Airforce One" into "Luftwaffe Eins"...
