Battle of Britain 10/10

You can`t say a bad word about this film, they always seem to show it Christmas along with The Great Escape for some reason, not really festive films mind.

The Bourne Ultimatum 10/10

Long time passed since I enjoyed a storyline of a movie. This one really good at it.

Haven't seen that yet Trouse, looking forward to it though.

Smokin' Aces. 7/10 Good twist, but badly done. Could have been far more stylised that it was. Gotta love the Tremor bros. though!!!
Has an all time classic line:

"The roll of the cinnamon? No, its j***, eastern european j***"

The delivery has me in stitches everytime!

It makes you to follow the script without blinking your eyes, just like old times :)

Sweeney Todd.

9/10. The only thing I found distasteful was a bit of the new-age filming style. Parts of it are entirely 3D-rendered looking. Otherwise, excellent cast, awesome vocalists.

Some Beowulf film with Christopher Lambert

3/10

I don't know but I doubt the Beowulf story is usually set in some alternate medieval steampunk-universe where people have black leather clothes, plastic bags, zips and night vision scopes. This film is rather awful but at the same time awesomely funny. I watched it during a LAN party with my mates and we laughed about every second...

Constantine 7/10

Worth watching, Keanu Reeves managed not to annoy me (big plus), but it's just not quite a good movie.

Jim Carrey
The Number 23
It was an interesting movie that keeps you thinking until the end and has an interesting story line.

Layer Cake - 9/10
Good film, it's like the second Daniel Craig movie I've ever seen and it was well worth it.
What I like is that one really sees that this isn't one of these mainstream American films.
There are many stylistic devices which make it "feel" different and European.

Reservoir Dogs:7.5/10

The movie is good though it is a bit boring at some parts and it is a bit ridicilous with some things that happened (ofc those kind of things have to be there cuz it is Quentin Tarantino's movie)

Hostel 2

8.5 / 10

Hostel 1 is better, but Hostel 2 is still a great Movie.
Lots of Gory Scenes and some of them even made me think " What the hell?! " for one little Moment and that doesn't happen often.

Postal
1.5 / 10
A film by Uwe Boll. He broke like every single one of the inofficial laws of film. Onscreen killings of children, he took the piss out of 911, the Holocaust, made Germans look like beer drinking Nazi-fools, pretty much everything of that kind. To complete his blasphemy, he dared to compare this crap to Monty Python. The only good thing about this movie is the fact that Boll himself gets shot in the goolies and fucking dies.

I Am Legend
8.9 / 10
It didn't rock my world but it was a good film nonetheless.

October Skies... decent movie- 7.5/10 not too much action but a decent story, and good pyrotechnics (that instantly ups its score :P )

Cloverfield 10/10

This is probably the only movie I have ever gone back to the theater to see for a second time. I personally think it lives up to the hype simply because it was a well done handheld camera movie. Most movies filmed like that are incredibly annoying, but this one was very well done. Despite it being a sci-fi movie, it was quite realistic.
