General, I have a horrify news. Russians begin a heavy offensive on the Hungary and Slovak Republic borders. All ECA forces in this positions are weak, scattered, unfinished and indisciplined. Their second target, when they defeat Hungary and Slovak Republic, are Romania, Baltic states and Czech Republic. And I am from Czech, so can i be trasfered here?

Roger that, Captain. Your 74th Division will be transferred to the Czech Republic to establish a defensive foothold. Meanwhile, our troops in Poland will try to stop the Russian counter attack before they reach you. Leftenant Drag and the Daredevils will be harassing the enemy supply convoys and Major Kid will advance to liberate Warsaw. The rest of our front will be covered by the Americans. The good news is that we are now able to call in heavy bomber support. Some of our major airbases which weren't completely destroyed when the invasion began are back in action.

I can send troops to aid ECA forces in Hungary and Slovakia, but the Warsaw offensive could be weakened. What say you?

Additionally, troops stationed in Turkey and Greece are preparing for Operation Orient Express.

Operation Iron Eagle is underway, with considerable success. High altitude bomber strikes could be used to help break the Russian defensive line in Poland.

What's your exact location, Major? Heavy bomber-support is on its way but we need to know your coordinates, otherwise you'll get carpet-bombed as well!

Air recce indicates that there's a fuckton of Kodiaks headed your way, Major. They'll do you in if stay there and we can't afford to lose your Combat Group.
Fall back to waypoint Echo-Victor, the 24th Air-support Squadron will cover your evac there. If that doesn't help, mark enemy targets for our bombers and run for it.

Bloody hell, it's the Dark Horsemen Division. Evac-choppers are inbound to get you out of there but you'll have to wait.
Until then, find out as much as you can about these tanks! We have to find a way to take them out!

Good news, and bad news. Bad news first- an attempted sneak attack by the 7th armor (officially not deployed) turned out... badly. Almost as soon as the tanks hit dirt, they were under heavy fire, and being destroyed, by this "darkhorse" group. A retreat commenced, and the group got away with little damage, but we have seen what they can do... The good news, is that they are killable. As the armor group was retreating, one of the enemy tanks destroyed a pair of APCs. The missile teams that had been riding on board got out, and, mightily pissed, proceeded to unload. While the main group was fleeing, these heroic men managed to take out one of the group. Unfortunately, only 6 of the 10 men survived. As soon as they are back to base, we will de-brief them, then we can find out a little more. This looks bad, but, it isn't over. A little more good news- this operation prompted the president to authorize additional war materials, we may very soon be fully engaged. The arsenal of freedom is warming up....

Thanks for sharing those vital information with us, General. Your support is much appreciated.
These tanks turned out to be a bigger threat than we had expected. Until the survivors of the latest incident can pass on their knowledge, all ECA forces will hold their position and regain their regular strength. As long as we do not know everything about these new weapons, we cannot come up with an effective strategy which does not involve a disproportionate amount of casualties of our own. It is good to hear that the tanks are not invincible but they are still very deadly and extremely mobile which makes them almost impossible to locate before they strike.

So far, satellite scans and HUMINT have been unable to reveal anything about the current location of this "Dark Horsemen" armored division nor of how or where these vehicles were produced. If we can find out the location of the factories were these vehicles were constructed, we could learn the weaknesses of these "Dark Horsemen" and even prevent the further construction of such vehicles. All units facing these "Dark Horsemen" are strongly encouraged to call in close air support from fixed wing attack aircraft.

Rumor has it that the tanks used by the Dark Horsemen are specially modified T-80AT Black Eagle tanks with additional railgun or plasma weaponry. Others claim that the Russians have perfected an optical stealth cloaking system, but, again, no solid information is available at this time. If true, this would be a major sign that the Russian arms industry is far more advanced than we previously thought. Directed energy weapons and railguns were thought to be only available to the US military and select allies. Optical cloaking has yet to be refined to be of any use on the battlefield. The commander of the 7th Army has requested that US Army units armed with the new FCS system be deployed in Europe to counter this new threat.

Operation Orient Express has been temporarily postponed until we can receive more troops and to coincide with the offensive in the north.
