I figuered out what was problem with my computer. The problme was hard disk and totally useless.
Which mean my old stuffs(my mod and custom armies) are gone. So, I buy new hard disk today or tomarrow and install all window stuffs.
I guess do all again to get back my stuffs.

Can't you leave the old one in and just copy everything across? Then remove the old one and boot from new? Failing that plan, install windows on new one and slave old drive and copy only new clean drive?
