So someone i know likes naruto lots, i was thinking of making naruto AMV for her but dunno where to get the clips from

Simply download episodes and work from there. There's much better anime than Naruto however, I'd recommend introducing her to other series.

Don't try to get the clips from youtube, the quality is too low for source material.

Yeah, just get a torrent program such as Utorrent or Azureus and then get BitChe to find the torrent file you're looking for.

You should be able to get the clips from episodes, I believe that a whole series can be downloaded at once

That's the part your supposed to know by yourself. You'll need to learn using programs like Windows Movie Maker.
