Well this problem come 2 days ago when my brother started his laptop and he told me taht appeared a blue screen, and it was the famous BSoD.
The error came with this file name: ATI2DVAG.
Any idea?

Does he have an ATI card?

New display drivers? If so go back to the old ones, if it's old get the new ones.

Dauth sounds right. That sounds like a video driver problem... get new ones
The other possibility is that either A.) the laptop got bumped and the card got dislodged, which would cause an error like that maybe (hardware failure) or B.) the card got overheated and failed. or something like that

err i doubt that there is hardware failure. just boot into safe mode and uninstall the ati driver. the reinstall the latest version.

He was playing games that the graphic card doesn't suppoert. Maybe that is the problem?

could be possible. if it never happens again then its a one off issue. seriously, the BSOD is a rare rare sight these days. Only driver issues are the main cause of this these days.
