If you haven't realized, Quantum theory-and thus half of modern physics-states that there is only a set probability or wave function, and that God infact does play dice.

quite frankly even if there is so much data thats its hard to tell its scripted the scripts them selves are are being so in since we are are own free will

It's not heavily connected, but it does influence what happens to you. And to confuse things, DNA is also based on fate. You can still rebel against your DNA and genetics, (e.g. the movie Gattica) but it will always have an influence.
Of course, certain traits, like birthmarks and hair color really don't matter.
