Flayed Ones were fixed long ago... you obviously never played Dark Crusade online right after it was released (or at all... :S).

Madness...

No no, madness is there because you argue with him :P. I agree with you on the Cron argument, however, the Lord still scares the shit out of me though.

I am a Space Marine all the way. One carrying a Heavy Bolter looks quite similar to an Imperial Sardaukar, and that is awesome.

Yea, TAU have fire warriors in beggining.FWs have great damage and range but if they get in melee combat they dead. You have kroots for melee but they are weaker in SS.You cant compare to other melee units like assault marines. So you must be careful with FWs.Also tau commander cant do nothing in melee combat like other commanders. He's not bad but only have ranged attack.
Also in patch, Im expecting that they do something with FO.

First of all you can get Kroots alot quicker than any other Melee units except for Khorne Berserkers as they are cheap (their purpose is to hold off the enemy thats all)

Second you obviously never played online as TC has melee and is quite good at it (though the only Con about it is that he uses his Ranged attack and thus the accuracy system affects his melee attacks altough he can knock back somewhere 20 units if he does the 360 Jump attack)

I really like orks, IG and tau but Tau is the only race i've ever bothered to actually have 40k TT models and paint so therefore I have a more material bond to the tau then the other two. Railrifles for the Greater Good!

Its not smart to get your TC in melee combat against other melee units, or even worst, against other commanders.
He's just for ranged attack and with quick flamer upgrade its good for killing scarabs.

^Umm...duh? The one thing about the T'au is that they have little to no melee ability, because they put all of their faith and training into their advanced weapons. This is where the Kroot come in, since they specialize in melee. Space Marines and their Chaos counterparts are decent all-rounders, as are the Eldar.

T'au aren't for noobs. Check out the price for a FW squad and the price per reinforcement of a Stealth Squad. You can outspam T'au early game with Ork (and tie them up in melee) or you can FoF your way into their lines with Eldar.
