Well gentlemen, it looks like were screwed. We've got the electric generator running and all the doors solidly boarded up, not to mention a large supply of ammunition and various firearms, but with the mutations taking place in the meme, it is only a matter of time until they overwhelm us.
OPTION 1:Dig through the basement into the sewers, and hopefully escape the Desu-Zombies by traveling underground.
Pros:Once finished, we have an almost guaranteed escape.
Cons: By the time we burrow into a sewer tunnel, it may be too late.
OPTION 2:Get to a car dealership and hot-wire a car.
Pros: Much quicker than digging.
Cons: The trip to the nearest Ford(Hummers) dealership is very dangerous because we are completely vulnerable to attack.
