Yep, quick and easy. Uppercuts work too, but a knee is generally easier to get more power behind, and can be more devestating. Either way, the first shot should be to the solar plexus to take his breath away. THEN you do the damage.

But you definately have to let him at least try to hit you first so that you have the unassailable moral high ground. It sucks letting someone hit you first before you can hit him back, but try doing the same thing with gunshots. Yeah, ROEs blow hardcore.

Do what i did back where i got picked on, Fight. Yeah, When i was on the 2nd grade, I snapped and threw a hardwood chair at my bully gladly it missed but still. After doing that, He stopped picking on me.

Also, if you havent told your professors that he is poking you with a potential weapon (needle Oo?) then the staff in that institute have to be fucking morons. Tell somebody about that at least!

For Every bully I had, I delt with them the same way. Let him know that you can hurt him If you want to. If possible take all anger, stockpile it, then relinquish it when he hurts you in any PHYSICAL form. Try not to hit first, then you usuly get in trouble for that, though the teachers sound pretty slack at your school.
