I know this has probably already been asked, but I dont know the answer. Is it possible to code bridges to be destructable?

Yes, but you must mod the game for that. Check this tutorial

yes it is, ive seen it on one of maps (cant remember and WONT go trawling thru all the maps to find it) but it is doable

It can be done. But there amount of work to get it to work, outweighs the funny moments you'll get from it. I dont recommend this.

Actually, there are a few bridges under CIVILIAN>STRUCTURES that are fully destroyable.

IIRC Those bridges have the flood animation

No they don't have them. Though the really big one looks weird if it's not ALL over water.
