this mod itself is to modify all the generals and perhaps the removal of V. factions. i'll post screenies soon. I need modellers, coders, skinners. anyone with experience can join. The changes to fighting style of generals.

Kwai will use tanks and also advanced Gatt. systems
Tao will be turtler oriented with powerful artillery to blast away enemy forces and adequate tanks.
Fei will have no nuke tech. Inferno cannons will be replaced by TOS-1 model made by the_hunter posted on slephinir's stuff.

General changes:-
missiles cause more damage
removal of strategy centre carpet bomb by granger
normal structures have more resistance against Armour piercing damage. (counter overlord spam)

list will be edited----
Tao editted

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works, but this is like your 3rd mod topic, what assurances can you make that this one won't go down the same route as the others?

Dont take this offensively but your gonna have to show some proof that you can lead a mod and keep everything up to date.
its really easy to start a mod, but no one(almost no one) is gonna join if you cant show that your actually working on it.
Usually you should post some screens of things(if its code than... well... your out of luck) to show people that your serious.

Show the people a real plan, and be patient, I've been asking people to join my mod for several months now, since about october, and I have had some issues, but I've since resolved them with my mod, http://forum.cncrene...showtopic=23413
You just need to be patient, and put together a plan if you don't have any screens or anything. But, good luck.

Yawn. If you have not got work already completed, there no assurance that that will change when you recruit another person to "help".

By "work you have done" I did not mean a single public model you coded. I'm talking about adding a lot of original concepts, that sort of thing. You recruit people to help you do what you are doing faster, not to do your work for you while you sit and watch. Now, granted, you might not be the best modeller/skinner/coder/whatever. You don't need to claim to be the best in all areas. But it's perfectly possible to use placeholder models if you can't model, or unskinned models if you can't skin, or to make many models to be implemented if you can't code.

Ditto on what rich19 said, take a look at this guy:http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/viewtop...=14&t=14368, ok this guy doesn't know a heck of a lot about modding, but he's still doing it, and he can definitely not model, it takes work and patience.

I can model a little, but I totally suck in skinning. Don't depend on me helping though, since I will be very busy this year. Coding is easy for me though.

No offence... but I did call it >.>

I would suggest in the future you try joining one of the many mods out there that needs help, instead of attempting (and most likely) failing at starting a new one from scratch

i'm now a beta-tester for world at war. additionally, mod failed also due to the fact i have to study. this year's ma O-levels. but i'm thinking of a new mod, where u can command the armies of the shifting sands (mid-east) and etc. that's why i'm improving my modelling, to prove i'm serious. and for this mod, i only managed to edit gen. kwai and fei.
