I love the colours in that.

The only downside is that its at a wierd angle so its hard to see proportions,

Otherwise its Kick ass :P

a little tripod tank concept. crappy colour scheme is taken from the Japanese "Zero" fighters. has three big legs for stability, fast, heavy armour but mediocre firepower. perfect scout as it cant take a lot of hits and is still very fast. can be put in combat mode; folds up the legs to a crawling position which will make it very slow. a heavier caliber of shells will then be able to be used making it much more powerful. armour stays the same though.

ooh nice last mech, it reminds me of the latest tripod tech. Only there the third leg completely moves under the other two legs turning the entire body upside down. (With a gyroscopical cockpit).

On the muscular sketches, in the top one you can I guess obivously see the arms being out of proportion with eachother. The other one is less obvious but still a little bit there.

Some nice artworks you've got there, especially the green bug-thing and the tripod tank.
Your drawing style is also interesting; seems very appropriate for concept art.

Damn, I wish I could get my old scanner up and running again. Got some new drawings I'd like to share.

The drawings look so damn natural :P

Is it like "lots of planning" or "just plain spontaneous"?

you should know that the way i drew the beetle is how i draw ussually. all the above were made on the computer using PS which was because i didn't have a scanner.

and by saying "i can consider myself a good drawer" i never meant that i would not try to be better. i am constantly learning even though i've been a frantic drawer for all of my life :P

here's some stuff you could find in my sketchbooks. (actually it's just sketchbook scans :D) this is the way i draw and have been drawing for the past months. of course i am constantly improving. i follow art school although it isn't much of a help in actually drawing better, it's just a way to channel your creativity.
