Ancient Empires II - 9.5/10
Thats best phone game that I played.
Other strategy games for phones was made very very bad.
But this game is exception.

I'd recommend:
Asphalt 3 3D
Alpha Wing 2
Nitrostreet Racing (get the 3D version if you have a phone that can handle it)
And check out all the Need for Speed and Fast and the Furious games too
and if you can find it, this game where you make your own spaceship and fly from planet to planet doing missions and stuff, its very star wars-y and one of the best mobile phone games Ive ever played, shame I cant remember its damn name >.<

When they come out, any game for iPhone/iPod touch really. The iPhone is theoretically able to play Generals if you coded it right.
