So, as of today at 10:00am PDT - which is 18:00 BST, Firefox 3, the official release, will be available for general download, and as such, a world record will be in the making. Will you be helping to set that record?

Someone in one of those links said 18:00 BST, not 18:00 GMT.

Erkk my bad - it is indeed 18:00 BST and 17:00 GMT. And if anyone is desperate for it for some reason it's available on filehippo now...

I downloaded it...

And it's just SO fast, albeit I edited it with a few things in about:config, which makes it even faster. There is nothing compared to it. Scrolling over the forums with like a quarter of a second to get each page.

Got it as well - not many changes when compared with the RC2 - but then again they were mostly bug fixes etc. For what it is though, it's a very nice piece of software. And very fast.

^^ Most noticeable change to me. Also, I didn't like the new theme. I'm using NASA Night Lauch. :pnd:

*discovers first problem*

I am getting random flashing cursors all over the forum. It's almost like FF3 is willing me to type all over the place like Banksy
