Have you installed the brushes in the correct folder? Look into your main PS directory, it should be something like Presets/Brushes

Yes...
It's still weird...
It seems like an awful lot of effort just to paint on a circuit...
Why not just do what I did...
I googled Circuit and messed with the Overlay and Opacity settings...

It would`nt really take ages. For example if i made a tech sig, i could make the brushes slowly go up and down, so that it would look like data was flowing across the sig. Really cool stuff can be done with PS and Imageready, the only problem is you gotta know how to do it lol.

Then once you have a 2 pixel white border, go to Edit/Stroke again but then do a 1 pixel BLACK border, and there you go
