You beat me to posting mine
Also, this mod we have me and 'dose have modded. I modified the texture it came with to a better one and Overdose added stats to the armor to make it accurate to a Claymore
I'll post mine later since I gotta bolt to class soon.

Warning: It must be MP3s
Oblivion>Data>Music
You'll see a few folders:
Battle: (When you are in combat and when combat is about to happen)
Dungeon: (Creepy, scary and tough places)
Explore: (When you are exploring the world)
Public: (Villages, Towns, Cities)
Special: (I'll explain this later)
I made my own playlist, please modify this according to your taste. Make sure you backup the original soundtrack before you replace it. After all it's made by Jeremy Soule, the legend. After making a copy and saving the original soundtrack, go into the folders, go on a deleting spree, and paste the appropriate songs into each folder.
Battle Tracks: 2, 5, 7, 10, 23, 25
Dungeon: 3, 6, 15, 21, 24
Explore: 4, 11, 12, 13, 18, 22, 27, 29
Public: 8, 9, 16, 17, 19, 20, 28, 30, 31, 32
Modding the special folder:
The special folder is a tiny more complicated to modify. The tracks must be in this exact order:
success (level up) Track 7
death (game over pal) Track 14
ts4title (opening music) Track 1
You must paste the songs and rename them exactly like they are above. You can do this with any songs obviously. I left out the opening and credits themes because they have lyrics and it would interfere too much with the game.
Changing the launcher theme:
At the root oblivion folder, backup LauncherMusic.wav, delete it, paste new song and rename it to
LauncherMusic
(Must be .WAV)
Personally, I used Irene's theme from Claymore Intimate Persona for this.
Enjoy!
