Wow. Never played any of the Fallouts, but that vid looks pretty damn good indeed. Surely going to give this a try - would you need to have played the previous games to understand any of it, you think?

Nothing at all, they have said it's a new place, Fallout 2 was released in 1997, there's a whole new generation of gamers for Fallout 3.

Apart from the animations looking kind of horrible, very impressive videos. Should be interesting to see how it goes.
