were not against communism we just don't support it that's all... i just trying to make an alliance with shockwave so americans can fight on shockwaves side without haveing to become communist

Thanks To My top officials for signing the treaty now what about the Red Shockwave Army? Why hasn't a single official signed this treaty?

Please Sign this treaty For our alliance would be extremely strong!

Congress would be all our members...We need a majority vote to make the document legal...Any One with a higher position then member can not vote mind you...So let the voteing start it will end On Monday...Give congress time to think.

Accounting the many complaints about the alliance sig i have created a new one and it has been aproved by my cabinet advisor

From Now On any memebers of the alliance are counted as congress and will vote on things i post...
