how about a nerve erm nerfgas tank for toxin gen. i fires nerfgas blobs which reduce the enemys firepower by 99%. Special ability: cannot be nerfed

ETOS!:
Epic Tank Of Science!
A giant, very high tech looking tank with lots of fancy lights, reactors and that kind of stuff.
What it would do is randomly spawn very powerful "Scientific" things, such as plasma balls, teleport spheres, nuclear missiles, armies of clones, or maybe even an occasionally tyrannosaur? XD
Another idea would be to give it multiple firemodes, such as:
High Tech Science!
Which would shoot Plasma balls and that kind of stuff
Russian Science!
Would spawn bear cavalry and troops with gas masks (Shocktroopers? XD)
Science Vessels!
Would spawn a Science Vessel from Starcraft
Tiberium Science!
This would detonate Tiberium bombs and mutate infantry around it or something to that extent
Jurassic Science!
Spawns random dinosaurs, very effective against lawyers.
And whatever else you can come up with, I'm sure there's plenty of other possibilities.

They kill in one shot (no matter WHAT they are going up against, EXCEPT, other ubers, of course) are invisible at ALL the time except when they shoot for a VERY short time. Can capture buildings, steal vehicles, bribe people into joining their side, and interrogate infantry to gain enemy info
Toxin: Don't know....how about a Gattling-Cannon that instead of that has SCUD/Soyuz missiles and shoots them at a super-fast rate, except they are weakened to balance. Has toughened armor but up speed.
Demo: Give 'im a P-1500 Monster/P-1000 Ratte. Fits him and is just crazy and unrealistic enough! And also, since it is a WWII vehicle, it REALLY DOES fit him.
Demo: Huge Bomb that shatz other smaller, but still huge, bombs. Can also throw bombs.

As for the above ideas:
1.) Death Stars and (Super) Star Destroyers would be just too big to use, and a flying artillery unit would be a bit too overpowered, especially if its a super unit. I would suggest staying with ground units for super units, except maybe in the case of the Airforce General.
2.) Landkreuzer P1000 sounds like a good idea, though if I make it as big as it is supposed to be, I think that would be a bit too extreme for a normal faction unit.
3.) Infantry won't be used as super units.
4.) The ETOS is a good idea, but I think it would be a bit too complex to make.
Just keep in mind that these units cost $3000 and need to have some aspect of balance, not just be units that kill everything.

Stealth General super unit has been decided, but is not going to be a mobile Scud Storm. However, it does feature a lot of missiles.
