Okay. So, the only thing i have is Maya 7.0 and i have made some awesome models that i'd like to show you guys. How do i get screenshots, or something like that, to show you guys. Can i get a little help.

IRC is just a multiplayer notepad.

Press print screen. On your keyboard somewhere. The open paint, paste it into that. Then save it as .jpeg. then go to imageshack.us and upload. then copy the link it provides you.
