We are announcing a slight update to the rules. We have clarified the rules on politics to include the Political Area and have removed some ambiguity from the section on warnings. We have also added the fact that when someone is warned to 33% their posting rights will be removed for one day. As always we reserve the right to meter out harsher punishment if a case deserves it.

Thank you for your time from the Fallout Studios Moderating Team

First?

Or should I say, "In before someone random comes in and rants about nothing in particular"?

Ths may sound stupid, but what exacly are posting rights and how will 33% affect such rights? You can still post right?

It does sound stupid as posting rights are your rights(ability) to post. 33% will mean you can't post for 24hrs, but CAN access the forums and your account.

Aye fair enough, cheers for the explanation:) Seems like fair enough rules for a large forum such as this.

These rules are forum wide, the rules made in the PA still apply. Thus your suspension from the PA is still active.

Minor clarification.
Posting rights suspended, you can use the messenger, alter your profile etc
Suspended, you cannot log in and thus cannot use any of the functions. You can view the forums as a guest only.

A question: How about the members who already had the 1st warning, will they be affected too?

No, you just can't post for one day if you get warned, from now on.
