China should have the Internet general because:
- INTERNET Center
- Hackers
- Focus on tank and infantry . Could have a special factory that allows for the -ing of tanks.

USA should have the Overrated general because:
- Abrams Tank - The most overused unit in the history of gaming.
- Apache Gunship - The most overused helicopter in the history of gaming.
- Something else, need some more ideas.

Just a thought I had.

I stand by my opinion that the overrated general should have over the top effects and units that aren't that much greater than regular ones.

US overated general should have a hercules, the most overused plane. It should have a special airfield just for it and you can paradrop lots of units you load in it.
