My problem is that i just started modeling and i dont know to make an animation, with some luck i can give it a single bone...

yup indeed
I think the poly count should be lower anyway, 600-700 should be much more than enough for a zh model
(actually my tanks have 200-500 polys)

and less details = skinners can show their skills better,
and greater chance to find someone who whant's make a skin

edit: maybe a concept art could be entered optioanlly?

btw great entries so far, a real shame that I'm that busy right now... :(

I have no idea why you quoted my post there Mylo as it bears no relevance to what you are saying.

I think that in future perhaps there should be a distinction between the intentions of the contest. Alternate each week from ZH to CnC3.
