Buggs Bunny & Daffy Duck (those were loony toons right?)

Yes, sir they were. However, they weren't ALL of the Looney Toons (obviously), but they were in fact looney toons. Two of the better ones actually, them and Yosemite Sam (he was so stupid, but awesome).

*Ahem* His name was Yogi Bear. Not Yogi the Bear. Anyone remember Thundercats? Or Voltron?

Thunder Cats yes, Voltron no.

Anyone remember ReBoot, Bump In the Night, The Cowboys of MooMesa?

Ah, Reboot... The good ol' days of Toonami.

It was good, but it was known as an ABC cartoon instead of Toonami. AFAIK, PA just got Toonami quite recently.

Wha-? I remember Toonami being on weekdays. That was awesome. Then they lost their street cred wen they went from 3 hours a day to 2 hours. The 3 hour block was teh best.

Maybe it was something different up north. ABC has changed so much in recent years (maybe it's because Disney owns it now). A lot of the cartoons nowadays are total crap, and can never live up to these cartoon's classic status.

I never had access to Cartoon Network, until like 3 or 4 years ago. When I'd go to Maryland to visit my Aunt, I could watch it there, but not once I crossed the Mason/Dixon line. I liked the original Toonami, with the original voice, but maybe I'm being sentimental.

My best,

Nuker

P.S. I know it may not be that old, but I liked Zoids when it was on. :P

At first I watched Cartoon Network, nearly all the time...
Then it was more Fox Kids, or Jetix as it's now known...
And then it was Toonami, those were good times...

...Now, I hardly ever watch any cartoons. Well, except for the Swat Kats espidoes I'm d/ling...
Totally worth it! :)

Tom and Jerry were always my favorite. Then they made a movie which turned out to be a total piece of crap.

Well neither do I. I remember watching the movie when I was about 4 or 5.

I'll admit I still watch cartoons, I'm not ashamed. However, I like cartoons that take a more cerebral approach, or that have a dry(er) sense of humor, rather than those that seem to have no point. If some of the older cartoons were to be aired on TV, I'd be in front of the TV for as long as the programs were on.
