It's the name of a chemical compound. Obviously not a common one if you haven't turned it up in Google but it's as valid as any other name in this thread.

JB's correct, it's a chemical compound. Also, Diji, you posted another 45 letter word, so I'll do a 46 one now: triphenylmethylparatoluenesulfonylchlorobutane - 46 letters .

The structures of the last two substances are below, btw; metatrifluoromethanesulphonatenitrosylbenzene on the left and triphenylmethylparatoluenesulfonylchlorobutane on the right.
